Optio Tech Privacy Policy

Optio Tech helps businesses manage sales, inventory, trade points, visits, goods movement, employees, integrations, and support workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app processes and how it is used.
Information We Process
- Account information, such as user name, role, organization, branch, and authentication token.
- Business operations data, such as products, warehouses, stock balances, sales receipts, movement documents, counterparties, trade points, routes, visits, promotions, audit events, and integration status.
- Location-related data when a user chooses to save or use coordinates for trade points, visits, routes, maps, or navigation.
- Device and diagnostics data needed to keep the app reliable, investigate support issues, and process sync failures.
How We Use Information
- To provide inventory, sales, route, support, and business workflow features.
- To authenticate users and apply role-based access.
- To sync offline actions and prevent duplicate business documents.
- To monitor service health, audit important actions, and troubleshoot failures.
- To support integrations requested by the customer organization.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the app backend, database, hosting, analytics or diagnostics, maps/navigation, and integrations enabled by the customer organization.
Retention
Business records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, support auditability, meet customer instructions, and comply with applicable legal or operational requirements. Customer organizations may request export or deletion subject to contractual, technical, and legal limits.
Security
We use role-based access, authenticated API calls, audit logs, and operational controls to protect data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to limit access to authorized users and support staff.
User Choices
Users can avoid optional location capture by entering coordinates or addresses manually where the product allows it. Customer organizations control employee access, roles, and business data entered into the system.
